We are expanding our Production Team in Knauf Gypsum Kazakhstan and actively looking to recruit new HSE Manager, Kazakhstan, who will report to Technical Director of our company in Kazakhstan.

- Can you assist, plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state rules and regulations?
- Can you organize, monitor and coordinate Safety Awareness Program, Loss Prevention Program at factory?
- Can you plan and manage periodical inspections & maintenance schedule according vendor specifications to all Safety & Fire Equipment?
- Do you enjoy working with others to be a part of successful team?
As HSE you'll be responsible for Leading the implementation of the HSE plan across the Kazakhstan and identifying regional safety opportunities and initiative.
What you’ll be doing:
You'll be covering HSE activities, including:
- Ensuring in accordance with the corporate/regional guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the company HSE Systems
- Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and providing for their updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives
- Providing motivation and familiarization of all company personnel respecting the importance of complying with company system procedures and all safety equipment provided
- Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staffs
- Undertake risk assessments as required and follow up control measures to completion including environmental impacts
- Analyze HSE metrics and review incident daily, weekly, and monthly incident trends to discover trends to rationalize the allocation of appropriate resources to areas where the safety risk is highest.

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Quality or similar fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the Production / HSE area
- Experienced with multi-cultural, international and matrix organizations
- Good understanding of technological & manufacturing processes
- Having a good knowledge of computer software tools
- Language: Kazakh, Russian, and English (intermediate level).
