As part of the expansion of our Procurement and Logistics Department, we are excited to announce an opportunity for an Internship to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, this role offers the chance to contribute to Knauf’s success while developing your career in a values-driven, inclusive, and collaborative environment. What you’ll be doing:
- Supplier Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Market Research: Identifying and evaluating potential new suppliers to expand the supplier base and secure competitive pricing.
- Price Monitoring: Analyzing market trends to control costs and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Documentation: Preparing and managing procurement documents, such as purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Logistics Coordination: Assisting with logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery and inventory management.
- Team Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams to understand procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
- Professional Development: Learning and growing within a team of experienced professionals to build your career in procurement.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Interest in procurement processes and a desire to develop in this field.
- Ability to handle documentation with accuracy and care.
- Eagerness to learn about market trends, supplier evaluation, and logistics processes.
