  • I have been with Knauf for 5 years as part of the customer service team. Working so closely with a number of different business areas and directly with customers, I have learnt to be patient and am able to create an environment where the customer feels heard. I work to keep the customers happy. I know that Knauf is a strong player on the market and yet we still prioritise safety and well-being of all employees. I am proud to say I work for Knauf.

  • My career with USG began over 33 years ago when I started in the USG Corporate Accounting department. Over the following 15 years, I held various roles in finance and accounting that gave me the experience of seeing where and how our products are made and how we serve customers. Following a role in Supply Chain I then joined the Customer Service department. Today, I’m the Vice-President of Customer Service. I enjoy relating the problems we are solving today to where and how our products are made. And, I love our people! It is common to work with people who have decades of experience with USG. I’m one of them, and I believe it’s because USG is a place people feel respected, valued and supported.
